Windows 98/Me Users: You may need to upgrade your Windows Installer version in order to run the MSI installation module.

Windows 2000 Users: You may need to upgrade your Windows Installer version in order to run the MSI installation module.

Once Windows Installer is installed on your machine, you should be able to run the MSI file you downloaded and install properly the program you want.
